These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://rtjconstructionus.com (the “Site”), operated by RTJ Construction LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Services

RTJ Construction LLC provides masonry and paving services — including driveways, walkways, pavers, asphalt, bluestone, retaining walls, and Belgian block — in the New York area. The Site provides information about our work and a way to request a free estimate. Using the Site does not by itself create a contract for any work.

Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate, price, or timeline shown on or requested through the Site is preliminary and for informational purposes only. It is not a binding offer and is subject to an on-site assessment of your property and conditions. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by you and RTJ Construction LLC, which sets out the final scope, price, materials, schedule, and warranty for your project. If there is any conflict between the Site and that written agreement, the written agreement controls.

Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) submit false, misleading, or another person’s information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (d) introduce malware or interfere with the Site’s operation; or (e) copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site’s content without our permission.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, images, project photos, logos, and design — are owned by RTJ Construction LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written permission.

Your Submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. By providing your phone number and email and giving consent, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of further messages at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTJ Construction LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTJ Construction LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
